Welcome to our last edition of 2008. As the New Year rapidly approaches, it is a good time to reflect on the past 12 months and ask ourselves if we have achieved what we set out to this time last year. The task of setting goals can be challenging in itself so to help you on your way we look at some motivational principles and how setting specific goals can help you realise your dreams. We also meet Tania Skinner, a truly inspirational business partner who had her dedication put to the test earlier this year.
