HIA Infrastructure Summit paves way for action

Last week HIA held an Urban Infrastructure Summit in Sydney that provided an ideal platform to highlight key infrastructure issues and their negative impact on housing supply and affordability.
Pleasingly, both ACT and NSW Government representatives were in attendance to hear about alternative funding models to that of up-front infrastructure charging that is becoming prevalent in Australia.
At the conclusion of the summit HIA outlined an Action Agenda, highlighting the crucial need for Federal involvement.
