The DA 6000 W Cabrio Wall Decor Rangehood

The master of integrated disguise

Miele Australia introduces the prestigious DA 6000 W Cabrio Wall Décor Rangehood featuring state-of-the-art performance and outstanding innovative design.

This flagship model represents a manufacturing first for Miele, as it is the first rangehood designed to be fully integrated into the wall of a kitchen. Its unobtrusive design reflects the modern trend towards open plan living and opens up new possibilities for kitchen architecture.

Elegant and practical, the rangehood is able to effectively disappear into the wall, concealed in the splashback behind the hob unit when not in use. Only the decorative, horizontal glass panels in silver metallic are visible when the unit is in off mode.

When switching the unit on, the motorised, integrated canopy gently opens and automatically extends above the cooktop. A second motor tilts each of the glass panels so the unit can efficiently extract steam and vapours. The parallel movement of every second glass panel ensures highly effective vapour extraction. After use, the unit perfectly retracts back into the kitchen wall.

Made in Germany to Miele’s uncompromising quality standards and suitable for ducted installation, it is available for $10,999. Please visit www.miele.com.au for your nearest retailer.

Introducing the Miele Salamander

Outstanding elegance and functionality

Miele’s CS 1421 S Salamander truly enables the home cook to emulate the talents of the professional chef to perfectly brown, grill, caramelize, glaze, and keep food warm.

The CS 1421 S Salamander is the latest example of Miele’s expertise in bringing sophisticated professional catering technology into domestic kitchens.

In professional kitchens, Salamanders are generally very bulky appliances which require a great deal of space. Miele’s revolutionary CS 1421 S Salamander, on the other hand, is quite unobtrusive. When not in use, the appliance shows only its elegant stainless steel cover and the controls, with the rest of the appliance hidden below the benchtop.

Once switched on, a motor raises the height adjustable heating element and base above benchtop level to provide 12 power settings for regulating the intense radiant heat from above. The distance between the base and the halogen heating element can also be adjusted infinitely within a fixed range, ensuring outstanding performance and adjustability to a wide range of applications.

The CS 1421 S Salamander is available for an introductory selling price of $4,699.
